We coordinate inspections for land, houses, apartments, construction projects and managed rental property, subject to access and location.

Is this a legal or structural survey?

The inspection documents visible conditions and agreed checks. When legal, survey or specialist engineering advice is needed, Proptiva can coordinate suitable professionals.

What proof will I receive?

The agreed deliverables may include photos, video, written observations and recommendations based on the inspection scope.

How is pricing confirmed?

Inspections and reports start from ₦60,000 per report and pre-purchase inspections from ₦250,000. Scope, location, access and specialist requirements are reviewed before a quote is issued.

How do I pay?

Once the scope and quote are agreed, you pay securely through the Proptiva client portal or app, and every payment comes with a receipt. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
