How Proptiva Africa helped a London-based owner gain clearer visibility into a building project through construction monitoring and documented progress.
How diaspora clients in London, Houston and Toronto build, inspect, secure and manage property in Nigeria with one accountable team on the ground.

Security & Management
CCTV, smart locks and tenant screening would have meant three separate vendors. Proptiva coordinated all of it as one documented workflow Kwame can follow from Canada.

Dated photos, video and site notes tied to real milestones, so owners see what happened instead of hearing about it.
Contractors, installers and inspectors coordinated through Proptiva rather than a chain of separate chats and relatives.
Quotes are approved before invoices and progress is checked before funds are released, with every record kept in the client portal.
Client names are shortened to protect privacy. Inspections and monitoring reduce risk but do not replace legal, title, survey or specialist engineering due diligence.
Tell us what you are building, buying or managing back home and we will map out the right plan with you.
